Executive Search Researcher

We are working with a well-established executive search firm, mainly focused on Financial Services sector, which is now looking to hire Executive Search Researcher. They have been going strong for more than 20 years and there is no sign of stopping, as they have recently acquired senior hires from their competitors to accelerate the business even further. They are aiming to increase their market share in current operations and expand to new, adjacent sectors. It all starts with eight weeks training period, after which you will have a chance to see and understand the work of different teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of the business. When it is done, you will have met all your colleagues, understand how business works and be ready to decide which part of the business you would like to specialize in.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the search team, always keeping Consultants or Partners up to date. You will be using internal and external sources of information, conducting a phone research of candidates and companies, verifying the information, approaching candidates and understanding their needs, and many more!
Helping Consultants or Associates, you will identify key questions ahead of interview, prepare necessary documentation (such as Company Profile or Candidate Summary), oversee candidates pre and post interview.
Administration phase in which you will take ownership of processing reports to client – prepare all necessary materials, make sure the interview process is going as planned, gather feedback and help the Consultant in taking formal reference on favoured candidates.
Assist the Consultant in preparation of pitches and presentations. You will need to make sure the presented information is up to date and ensure high quality of all materials, consistent with our Client’s style. You will also have a chance to attend client briefings with Consultant, assisting him or her along the way.
