Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to match them with healthcare roles
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions
• Coordinate and streamline onboarding processes for new healthcare professionals
• Manage candidate databases and provide regular updates to the hiring team
• Conduct research and provide reports on healthcare industry trends
