They serve over three hundred customers across multiple sectors all over Europe to help them expand their businesses, analyze or predict the performance of their investments, understand their customers’ habits, and benchmark their results with their competition.

What a CSM does

  • Ensures the onboarding and adoption of clients
  • Runs clients’ partnerships
  • Launches and manages the use of MT
  • Co-ordinates business reviews with the decision makers
  • Monitors customer engagement and pro-actively engages users
  • Contributes to the bettering of our solution by collecting feedback and sharing it internally
  • Ensures client satisfaction
  • Identifies expansion opportunities and collaborates with AM to win them.
