A Timberseed day

We work smart to get the job done brilliantly, and most importantly, enjoy what the day brings.

Timberseed mornings start with Breakfast Club.
Take a trip to our kitchen to grab your coffee, builders’ or fresh mint tea, and a bite to eat, setting you up for the day.

You’ll be off to a busy start, clearing your inbox and co-ordinating work with colleagues. We have daily morning stand-up meetings, where we’ll prioritise the day’s work and map out our client-focussed activities.

You’ll then be speaking with a new pool of candidates, educating them on the opportunities we have and qualifying them for roles by assessing their skills. You’ll also work closely with our clients, providing talent advisory support during online meetings and in-person briefings.

Stop for lunch at one of the street food stalls in Spitalfields Market. Or bring in your own lunch to have on our roof terrace, while taking in some fresh air. If you’d prefer some quiet time, you’ll enjoy our in-house library. Or get your endorphins flowing in the office gym.

Your afternoon will be spent speaking with new candidates, coordinating with clients, and preparing candidates for their upcoming interviews. You’ll be involved in candidate and client de-briefs.

But, no two days are the same. Work comes in fast, priorities change quickly and we need to be agile as a team. That’s fine. We have great processes, methodologies and technology to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently.
