Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a vital role in the sales team, working closely with Account Executives to uncover and create well-qualified new opportunities that lead to successful business closures. You will conduct extensive research on sales targets, identify key lead information, and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through emails and calls. Your focus will be on understanding the potential customers’ business and buying cycle, effectively communicating their value proposition, and booking demos and meetings. By documenting your daily activities and collaborating closely with the sales team, you will contribute to accelerating the sales cycle and promoting company’s integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and create well-qualified new opportunities that drive business closures.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential sales targets and gather key lead information to enhance prospecting efforts.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns, including emails and calls, to identify and engage with relevant leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the prospects’ business and buying cycle to tailor your communication effectively.
  • Highlight and articulate company’s value proposition to generate curiosity and interest among potential customers.
  • Book and schedule demos and meetings with qualified prospects to further the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of daily activities and interactions with leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide valuable insights and support in accelerating the sales cycle.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism, establishing a positive image and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large quantities of information effectively.
