We’re partnering with a prestigious IT firm in their quest to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant. This position is perfect for experienced recruiters looking to specialise in the IT sector, working with cutting-edge technology companies.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Headhunting for niche IT roles.
- Building and managing a portfolio of clients.
- Providing strategic recruitment advice to clients.
- Training and mentoring junior consultants.
Requirements:
- Extensive recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
- Proven track record of successful placements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
