Sales Development Representative

£30k + £12k
Our client is a data-driven pioneer in social innovation searching for hard-working, inquisitive graduates to join their team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will gain a deep understanding of the key areas of the start-up and strive to continuously iterate and improve sales efforts. Working with a fast-growing team of product, health and tech experts, you’ll create positive social change and help enhance the revolutionary health-tech platform. Your career path will have specific and achievable targets which will see you quickly rise through the ranks regardless of age or tenure.

The role

You’ll be responsible for outbound sales: your mission is to identify prospects, qualify their interest, and book demos. Your tasks will include funnel optimisation, as well as logging and structuring the feedback you hear to improve the overall product. You’ll also play a key role in helping to define inbound marketing efforts.

We’d love to hear from you, if you have:

  • a 2:1 degree or above
  • experience in a sales environment
  • an outgoing personality with a drive to work in a fast-paced environment
  • great communication skills
  • the ability to simplify complex topics
  • a competitive edge and the motivation to exceed your targets
