Sales Development Representative

Our client is a rapidly growing, profitable and self-funded, tech startup whose mission is to help professionals work better with their smart productivity tool.
The firm is looking for outstanding recent graduates to join their Sales Development Team as associates. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a business during its scale-up phase and learn valuable business development skills.
As a Sales Development Associate (SDA), you’ll gain the knowledge, skills and insight into the process of scaling up a B2B tech business.

The role

As an SDA, you’ll work closely with the Head of Business Development to seek out new business opportunities and have meaningful conversations with potential clients in the UK and beyond.
You’ll be responsible for using smart strategies and channels to deliver high-impact results.

During your first year, you’ll:

  • research companies, sectors and markets to optimise the company’s approach
  • work closely with the senior business development team to develop strategies for key accounts, industries and locations
  • implement intelligent campaigns
  • identify and target future key clients and contacts
  • secure initial meetings with senior executives and create new business opportunities
  • look for opportunities to innovate and optimise lead generation.

We’d love to hear from you, if you have:

  • a 2:1 degree or above from a top-tier university or business school
  • experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or marketing
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • familiarity with financial and professional services.
