£37 base + £20k OTEWe’re working with a leading financial services firm that needs a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. This role involves working with top-tier financial institutions, providing you with a unique opportunity to build a network of high-calibre professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage.
- Providing market insights and consultancy services to clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in financial services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
