£30-35kOur client is currently searching for hard-working, enthusiastic graduates to join their small team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant in the digital technology market.
You’ll become an expert in the field and will work with both large companies and small start-ups in the digital market. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll benefit from a clear career path with specific and achievable targets which will see you quickly rise through the ranks regardless of age or tenure. Our client is a small team, with members who all started as graduates. They have created a supportive and tight-knit environment, making it a genuinely enjoyable place to work.
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be:
- identifying new candidates using the company database and LinkedIn
- approaching and screening new candidates
- assisting with social media, event organising and PR communications
- posting adverts on job websites and LinkedIn
- building your knowledge of the recruitment industry, professional practices and the wider market.
An ideal candidate has:
- a 2:1 or above degree
- an outgoing personality
- a strong work-ethic
