£45k base + £25k OTEWe’re collaborating with a leading real estate company looking for an Executive Search Consultant. This role involves sourcing senior executives for real estate development and property management firms.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end executive search processes.
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
- Identifying and approaching senior-level candidates.
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments.
- Preparing detailed candidate reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of executive search experience.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
