As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be:
- cold calling
- sourcing new candidates ‒ advertising, networking, researching and headhunting
- attending client meetings and networking events
- assessing candidates’ experience
- arranging candidate interviews and managing the interview process
- organising the candidates’ offers and placement.
