Business Development Representative

£33k + £17k
Our client is a fast-growing newly established recruitment tech startup. Their technology aims to improve recruitment for companies, thanks to their cutting-edge hiring assessment software. The firm is growing their Business Development team and looking for a confident candidate with experience at all levels of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation
  • Outbound email campaigns and sales calls
  • Building relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintaining consistent contact with existing clients
  • Analysing the market and establishing competitive advantages

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Business Development or Sales role
  • Exposure to the full sales cycle
  • Evidence of previous sales success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
