£45k base + £20k OTEWe’re working with a tech company seeking a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. They focus on finding top-tier talent for software development and cybersecurity roles.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using advanced search techniques.
- Conducting technical interviews and assessments.
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Developing recruitment marketing strategies.
- Maintaining a database of qualified tech professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tech recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
