Sales Development Representative

We’re partnering with a high-growth RecTech business in London that’s hiring Sales Development Representatives from recruitment backgrounds. They’re looking for people who already understand targets, outbound pressure, pipelines, and objections and want to apply that skillset in tech.

This is a move from selling people to selling a product – with structure, progression, and a defined route into an Account Executive role within 12-18 months.
