Enterprise Sales Development Representative – European Languages

£70k OTE (Year 1)

We’re hiring Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join a fast-growing international MarTech scale-up, selling into large enterprise organisations across Europe.

You’ll work on complex, high-value deals and engage senior decision-makers across the region. This is a consultative, enterprise-focused role – not high-volume outbound.

The role
– Prospecting into enterprise accounts across Europe
– Engaging senior stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn
– Booking high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives
– Building deep market and product knowledge

Who this suits
– Graduate or junior candidates (0-12 months experience)
– Fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, or German
– Confident, commercially minded communicators
– Interested in enterprise SaaS / MarTech sales
– £70k OTE in Year 1, clear progression, and genuine enterprise exposure from day one
