About the role
A Series C SaaS company that just raised $90M is scaling its London SDR team from 12 to 20. As Senior SDR, you'll own enterprise outbound, mentor two or three junior SDRs informally, and work closely with dedicated AEs on strategic account plans. Base is £45k with £80k OTE. There's a strong path to AE for the right person: the last two Senior SDRs promoted internally moved up within nine months.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years SDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Track record of consistent over-performance
- Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts
- Comfortable using outbound tools (Outreach, Apollo, or equivalent)
