About the role
A specialist executive search firm with deep private equity relationships is looking for a Senior Researcher to lead research delivery on portfolio company mandates. You'll produce rigorous long-lists for CEO, CFO, and CRO assignments, manage candidate outreach, and present findings directly to Partners and PE clients.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years executive search research experience
- Exposure to private equity or portfolio company mandates
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Ambition to progress to Consultant
