About the role
A boutique executive search firm with a deep private equity client base is looking for a Senior Consultant to run C-suite and leadership mandates across PE-backed portfolio companies. You'll manage the full search lifecycle and build long-term relationships with PE sponsors and their portcos.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years executive search experience
- Existing network or experience in the PE ecosystem
- Track record of running mandates at MD/Director/CxO level
- Strong client management and BD skills
