About the role
A globally ranked executive search firm is growing its New York team and needs a Senior Associate to run C-suite mandates across technology, financial services, and industrials. You'll work closely with Partners on cross-border searches and have a clear path to Principal.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years executive search experience
- Right to work in the United States
- Experience running mandates at VP/SVP/C-suite level
- Strong client management and candidate assessment skills
