About the role

A remote-first SaaS company is looking for an SDR to drive outbound pipeline across UK and European mid-market accounts. You'll work with a distributed 15-person sales team spread across four countries, with daily async standups and a weekly video call rather than in-person oversight. Base is £36k with £50k OTE. The company runs quarterly in-person meetups (last one was in Lisbon) and has a documented, genuinely followed progression framework rather than an informal one.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year SDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech
• Self-motivated and organised working remotely
• Strong written prospecting skills (email and LinkedIn)
• Right to work in the UK
