A growing tech company is hiring a Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and manage a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of SDRs and Account Executives
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand key accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams
  • Report on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with leadership experience
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales is a plus
