Spanish-speaking SDR

A high-growth FinTech company is looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to drive expansion in the Spanish and Latin American markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling international sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities in Spanish-speaking markets
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to book and prepare client meetings
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the CRM system
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when required

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Highly motivated with a competitive, results-oriented mindset
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not essential
