The Role:

As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you’ll be driving growth by building pipeline and creating opportunities for the senior sales team. You’ll:

– Research and identify potential clients in finance and investment
– Reach out through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
– Qualify leads and book meetings for senior colleagues
– Keep CRM systems accurate and updated
– Work closely with the team to refine outreach and strategy

What We’re Looking For

– A graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related subject
– Completed internships in Finance or Investment Banking
– Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
– Ambitious, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Genuinely interested in sales, business, and financial markets

What’s on Offer

– £80,000 OTE (base + commission)!!!
