Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed market research and talent mapping
• Identify and engage with senior-level candidates
• Support consultants in executing executive searches
• Track industry trends and competitor activity
• Prepare client reports and search documentation

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects
• Previous experience in research, recruitment, or professional services is a plus
