£35k base + £25k OTEGraduate Consultant – Legal
We’re working with a boutique executive search firm in London that specialises in placing top legal talent within global law firms and corporate legal teams. They are seeking an ambitious Graduate Consultant to join their team and support high-profile searches within the legal sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify top-tier legal professionals
- Engage with candidates and assess their suitability for key roles
- Support senior consultants with candidate sourcing and client briefings
- Build relationships with leading law firms and corporate legal teams
- Assist in managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage
Requirements:
- A degree in Law, Business, or a related field (2:1 or above preferred)
- Excellent research and communication skills
- A keen interest in the legal sector and executive search
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Prior internship or work experience in recruitment, research, or law is a plus
