Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads in the German market
- Conduct initial sales calls to understand customer needs and introduce solutions
- Work closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth
- Maintain CRM records and provide feedback on market trends
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to develop in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not essential
