£29k base + £15k OTESales Development Representative (Graduate)
We’re working with a fast-growing Cybersecurity company based in Birmingham that’s helping businesses protect themselves from emerging digital threats. They’re now looking for a Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team, drive new business opportunities, and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through research, calls, and emails
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales team members
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s cybersecurity solutions
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (any degree considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn about tech sales
- Interest in cybersecurity and digital technology
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
