About the role
A specialist executive search firm with a strong healthcare client base is growing its research function. You'll support senior consultants on retained mandates, conducting landscape mapping, long-list research, and first-stage candidate outreach across pharma, biotech, and medtech sectors.
What we're looking for
- Degree-level education, ideally in a life sciences or business discipline
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Organised and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Interest in the healthcare or life sciences industry
