Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth market research to identify potential candidates.
• Building and maintaining a database of executive talent.
• Assisting with the preparation of client reports and presentations.
• Supporting senior consultants with candidate sourcing.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments.

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
