About the role
A highly regarded boutique executive search firm with a dedicated CEO and Board practice is looking for a Researcher to join the team. You'll work on a small number of high-stakes mandates at any one time, producing rigorous long-lists and landscape analyses for FTSE and PE-backed clients.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year experience in executive search or research
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written research
- Comfortable working at pace on complex, senior mandates
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
