Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential candidates.
- Conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Preparing market and talent mapping reports.
- Supporting executive search projects from start to finish.
- Building and maintaining a network of tech professionals.
Ideal Candidate:
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Interest in the technology sector.
- Strong research and interpersonal skills.
