Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for fintech roles.
- Conducting technical and behavioural interviews.
- Partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Managing recruitment campaigns and events.
- Maintaining a network of fintech professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tech or fintech recruitment.
- Strong understanding of fintech technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
