A top-tier boutique executive search firm with a strong financial services client base is looking for a Principal Consultant to manage retained mandates at MD and Director level. You'll bring an existing network, strong client relationships, and the ability to run complex multi-market searches.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years executive search experience
- Deep network within financial services
- Experience managing mandates at MD/Director level and above
- Commercial track record of generating and winning retained work
