About the role
A globally recognised executive search firm is looking for a Partner to lead and grow its technology practice, inheriting an established client base of FTSE 100 and high-growth tech clients. You'll run C-suite and board-level mandates, own P&L for the practice, and build out a team beneath you. Base is £150k, with total compensation (base plus profit share on billings) typically running £400k to £850k depending on performance. Genuine equity partnership track for those who build a sustainable book.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years executive search experience, with 3+ years at Principal or Partner level
- Proven track record of £1M+ annual personal billings
- Established C-suite network within technology or SaaS
- Experience owning P&L and leading a team
