Partner, Private Equity Practice

About the role

A top-tier executive search firm with a market-leading private equity practice is hiring a Partner to run C-suite and board mandates for PE-backed portfolio companies and the funds themselves. You'll inherit an established book of PE relationships and be expected to originate new mandates alongside delivery. Base is £175k, with total compensation up to £1M tied to personal billings, reflecting the highest-earning practice at the firm. Senior equity partnership is a realistic path within 3 to 5 years for those who sustain a strong book.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years executive search experience, with a strong private equity network
• Proven track record of £1.5M+ annual personal billings
• Established relationships with PE funds and portfolio company leadership
• Comfortable owning both origination and delivery on complex mandates
