About the role
A leading executive search firm with deep financial services relationships is hiring a Partner to run its FS practice. You'll manage C-suite and board mandates across banking, asset management, and insurance clients, working a mix of an inherited client base and new business you originate. Base is £160k, with total compensation up to £900k tied to personal and practice billings. Profit share increases with tenure as you build toward senior equity partnership.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years executive search experience, ideally within financial services
- Proven track record of £1M+ annual personal billings
- Established network at C-suite and board level within banking, asset management, or insurance
- Strong business development track record alongside delivery
