About the role
A globally ranked executive search firm is expanding its New York CEO and Board practice and needs a Partner to run the most senior mandates in the market. You'll work directly with boards and institutional investors on CEO succession and board composition, drawing on an established network of your own alongside firm-wide relationships. Base is $175k, with total compensation up to $1M tied to personal billings. This is a genuine leadership seat: you'll help shape the New York practice's strategy, not just execute mandates within it.
What we're looking for
- 12+ years executive search experience, with a strong CEO and board-level network
- Proven track record of $1.5M+ annual personal billings
- Experience running CEO succession and board composition mandates
- Right to work in the United States
