We’re working with a dynamic Financial Services firm in London that is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant. This firm specialises in placing top talent within the banking and finance sectors. The team is known for its supportive and collaborative environment, making it an excellent place for career development.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels.
• Conducting initial phone and video screenings.
• Assisting with the preparation and posting of job adverts.
• Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Building a strong understanding of the financial services industry.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
