We’re assisting a leading financial services firm in their search for a Graduate Researcher to join their executive search team. They specialise in sourcing top executives for banks, investment firms, and insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential candidates.
- Supporting the executive search consultants with candidate sourcing.
- Preparing detailed candidate profiles and reports.
- Managing the candidate database.
- Assisting with client presentations and meetings.
Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
