Graduate Account Manager (German Native)

We’re collaborating with a global SaaS company that specialises in customer engagement solutions. They’re on the lookout for a German Native Graduate Account Manager to join their growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in account management, working with clients across the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth opportunities
• Acting as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients
• Developing strong relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Supporting the sales team with client renewals and contract negotiations
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
• Providing insights and feedback from clients to improve product offerings

Requirements:

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Native-level German speaker with strong English skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive and client-focused mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in SaaS, technology, or customer engagement platforms is a plus
