$100k base + 40-50%We are working with a private practice law firm with 60 employees globally, with offices in New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Milan. This firm focuses on Partner and Associate level hires and works with top-tier law firms. They are seeking an Executive Search Recruiter for a Consultant opportunity, taking on lots of responsibility in a very successful and profitable firm.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute search strategies for senior-level legal roles.
– Source and approach potential candidates within the legal sector.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.
– Build strong relationships with top-tier law firms and candidates.
– Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates.
Salary:
- $100k base, with a 40-50% commission structure and equity options
