$250k-$300kWe are partnering with a leading technology firm with a global footprint, including offices in New York and London. This firm is expanding its Technology practice across AI, SaaS, and Digital Infrastructure. Their clients include major Private Equity firms and their wider portfolio companies. They are currently looking for an Executive Search Consultant to focus on Partner and Principal level opportunities within the technology sector. This role is with a highly successful and profitable firm, providing an exciting career growth opportunity.
Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive search strategies tailored to senior-level technology roles.
– Identify and engage with potential candidates in the AI, SaaS, and Digital Infrastructure sectors.
– Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
– Provide strategic advice and market insights to help clients and candidates navigate the recruitment landscape.
Salary: $250k-$300k base (depending on experience), with bonuses up to 100%
