£50k base + £18kWe’re partnering with a renowned healthcare organisation that needs an Executive Search Consultant. This role involves sourcing senior executives for hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end executive search processes.
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
- Identifying and approaching senior-level candidates.
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments.
- Preparing detailed candidate reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of executive search experience.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
