About the role
A Series B SaaS company with a strong Benelux customer base needs a Dutch-speaking CSM to own relationships, QBRs, and renewal cycles across a portfolio of around 20 Netherlands and Belgian accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact for a high-value client base with an average contract value well above the company's UK book. Base is £50k with £70k OTE tied to renewal and expansion performance.
What we're looking for
- Fluent Dutch (native or near-native)
- 2+ years in a CSM or account management role
- Experience managing mid-market SaaS clients
- Proactive approach to customer health and expansion
