Consultant – New York

We are working with a prominent financial services firm that operates globally, with a strong presence in New York and London. This highly established firm specialises in working on retained mandates across Financial Services, placing board and corporate leaders into Private Equity firms, Hedge Funds, and Investment Banks. They are currently seeking an Executive Search Recruiter to join their team as a Consultant, working directly with a Senior Partner. This role offers the unique opportunity to build your own client portfolio and work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate closely with senior partners to understand client needs and develop effective search strategies.

– Conduct in-depth research to identify and approach potential candidates.

– Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

– Provide market insights and strategic guidance to assist clients and candidates in making informed decisions.

Salary: $100k+ base (depending on experience), with a formula-based bonus
