About the role
A global executive search firm is expanding its London technology practice and needs a Consultant ready to step up from a researcher or junior consultant role. You'll manage search execution end-to-end: candidate identification, outreach, assessment, and presentation, on CTO, CPO, and VP Engineering mandates.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in executive search (researcher or junior consultant level)
- Experience in the technology sector preferred
- Strong candidate assessment and report-writing skills
- Exposure to retained search processes
