About the role
A globally recognised executive search firm is looking for an Associate Director to join its London office and take on greater client ownership. You'll manage a portfolio of retained mandates, contribute to practice development, and work closely with global Partners on cross-border searches.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years executive search experience
- Experience managing client relationships at a senior level
- Track record of running mandates independently
- Ambition to progress to Partner within 2–3 years
