Associate

A recruitment firm working with top tech companies is seeking an Associate to support their hiring projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify candidates through research and outreach
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes alongside senior consultants
• Develop and maintain client and candidate relationships
• Provide market insights and contribute to hiring strategies
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• A degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, resilience, and target-driven mindset
• Interest in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or research is a plus
