Senior Associate
$80k base + $50k OTESenior Associate
We’re partnering with a prestigious executive search firm in New York, specialising in placing senior talent across the Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors. They are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Associate to lead high-level talent searches and build strong relationships with both clients and C-suite candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of executive search projects, from client briefing to candidate placement
- Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping
- Engage and build relationships with senior-level candidates and industry leaders
- Prepare client pitch materials, candidate reports, and market insights
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in executive search or recruitment, ideally within Private Equity, VC, or Financial Services
- Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building client relationships
